2022-2023 Leadership Team

President

Andrea Alster

president@gmspto.org

I am very excited to start my second year in the president role for the 2022-2023 school year.  We are looking forward to a great year with all of our favorite events.  My focus is to help ensure we can make this year as fun and enriching as possible for the students. I believe the PTO board is a collaboration of all members as well as our parent community.  I welcome everyone in the Grace McWayne community to attend our monthly meetings to be a part of sharing ideas and planning events for our school. I encourage you to volunteer whenever you can to help make these events possible throughout the year.  I wish everyone a great 2022-2023 school year! Please contact me to answer ANY questions you may have about our PTO.

VP of Communications

Valerie Dominguez

I’m excited to join the board for the 2022-2023 school year! My children are in fourth and second grade this year. I have helped with updating the school directory for the past two years and look forward to taking on a bigger role with the PTO. My primary role is to keep our school community informed about all the activities going on at GMS!  From fundraising events to restaurant nights to recognizing student achievements, we have a lot going on at GMS throughout the year! The areas that I will be working with are:

  • Batavia Interschool Council
  • PTO Website
  • PTO Calendar
  • Grizzly Newsletter
  • PTO Facebook Group

If you have information for the Grace McWayne Grizzly Newsletter or have a date for the Grace McWayne PTO Calendar, please send it to me by Wednesday of each week. If you have any suggestions for how we may improve communications or any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
